From 1997 to 2001, isearch worked exclusively as an outsourced partner to leading executive search firms, managing the entire candidate identification, screening and development process. In 2001, isearch eliminated the search firm intermediaries in order to serve its clients more effectively and directly. The company has since established a client base of leading mid-size and Fortune 500 companies throughout the world.

We use a process-driven approach developed from best-practices techniques used by the top five executive search firms to find quality candidates all over the world. Our rigorous research methodology allows us to find qualified talent, specifically suited to our clients’ needs. It is our commitment to identifying and developing ideal candidates through complete, thorough investigation of the marketplace that distinguishes isearch from our competitors.
