Experience Requirements:
8–15 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3–5 years in an HRBP capacity supporting front-office or high-stakes functions within a hedge fund, investment bank, or PE/VC firm. Master’s degree or MBA in HR or a related field preferred.

These roles reported to the Global Head of HR and were embedded within their assigned business units. Success required a consultative approach, a proactive mindset, and the ability to balance empathy with business discipline in a results-driven culture.

- Assembled a target list of 200+ HR professionals from top-tier financial institutions with proven experience supporting investment, trading, and corporate leadership teams.
- Conducted outreach and interviews with over 80 candidates to assess depth of HR business partnering capabilities, executive presence, and understanding of hedge fund dynamics.
- Delivered multiple shortlists tailored to the needs of different internal stakeholders—including investment leadership, operations heads, and corporate functions—resulting in the successful hire of four HR Business Partners across the U.S. and U.K.
